Since establishment in April 2015, B8P has operated as a specialist facilities management company, servicing a range of commercial, industrial, residential, and retail clients.
Background
B8P’s founder, Osvaldo Cejas, already had a pre-existing relationship with Falanga & Co, as his personal tax accountant for many years.
When Osvaldo eventually decided to set up his own business, he recognised that he could harness the full potential of Falanga & Co’s expertise.
From company formation, including determining the share structure, to providing strategic advice on how the business should operate to maximise efficiency, Falanga & Co have worked in partnership with B8P since day one.
Scope of engagement
While Falanga & Co were initially engaged to assist with the formation of the company, the remit expanded quickly. Today, the team not only manages B8P’s accounting and bookkeeping, but also provides ongoing advice in relation to taxation and compliance, onboarding employees, and managing payroll.

Looking ahead
