Systems we use
We use Xero for accounting and related financial work, Karbon to manage client work and communications, Syft for financial reporting and analysis and Salesforce to manage client and prospect relationships and marketing activity.
We use Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including OneDrive, to store and manage client documents and information. These systems hold different types of information depending on the work we do for you. We also use other providers where needed to operate our website, forms, email, events and payments.
Who can access information and who we share it with
Access to personal information within Falanga & Co is limited according to staff roles and the work they perform. Falanga & Co staff based in India may access client and internal information as part of their work for the firm.
Where relevant to our work, we may disclose personal information to:
- the Australian Taxation Office, ASIC and other government or regulatory bodies
- your authorised representatives and other advisers
- our professional advisers and service providers, including providers of the systems described above
- other parties where you authorise us to do so or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We only share information for purposes connected with our services and operations or as otherwise permitted by law.
Overseas access and disclosure
Our staff in India may access personal information while working for Falanga & Co. We do not otherwise routinely disclose personal information to overseas recipients. If our arrangements change, we will update this policy to reflect any likely overseas disclosures.

Our website and marketing activity use cookies and similar technologies. These may collect information such as your IP address, browser details, pages visited and interactions with our forms and emails.
