Background
Founder and Managing Director of PEX Australia Robert Ivanoski has known the team at Falanga & Co since 1999, but it wasn’t until he founded PEX Australia that he embraced the full service offering which Falanga & co provides to business clients.
Scope of work
Since the genesis of PEX Australia, Falanga & Co has been working in close partnership with the business, not only to provide accounting and bookkeeping services, but advising on business strategy and risk management.
Robert said that the Falanga & Co team were the ‘go to’ solution for setting up the entire business including company formation, registering the ABN, and implementing the Xero system.
“Since day-one of PEX Australia, Falanga & Co have been on board with us and we feel that has really set us up for success. From keeping us up to date with changing regulations to setting up new accounting infrastructure and providing training on how to use it, we simply couldn’t live without them”.
Over time, Falanga & Co has expanded its remit from accounting and bookkeeping, to offering advice on business restructuring, asset protection, and cash flow management.
Robert said that the augmentation of the services provided to PEX Australia was not only reflective of his own changing needs and requirements, but was reflective of the diverse skills and expertise on offer within Falanga & Co. Equally, he said it was also testament to their outcomes-focused and collaborative spirit.
